**Refund & Cancellation Policy** 

  

**REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY** applicable to all Tailor Crafts interfaces (mobile applications, digital mediums, social websites, company-owned websites, and offline order fulfillment centers). 

  

The details provided by customers for custom-made products, including specifications such as weight, stitching seam strength, colors, handwork details, sizes, and measurements on Tailor Crafts digital platforms (collectively referred to as ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’) and offline centers are approximate values. These can vary due to fabric quality and specifications. 

  

Using any ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’ signifies your acceptance of the latest terms in this disclaimer, which may change due to operational or regulatory updates. 

  

Products and services on ‘Tailor Crafts Interfaces’ are handcrafted and designer-styled, with materials sourced globally as feasible. Due to the custom-designed and custom-fit nature of orders, there may be variations in color, texture, fabric stretch, shape, or nature of materials between what is displayed and the actual product. These variations are due to differences in fabric, dyeing processes, display outputs, and the clarity of communication between Tailor Crafts and the customer. 

  

**Refunds on Products and Services Provided:** 

  

Since each garment is customized based on customer specifications, refunds are not permitted once an order is placed. However, if issues attributable to Tailor Crafts are found, refunds will be issued as Gift Vouchers, limited to Rs. 2,500 or the actual cost of items (whichever is lower). The issuance of Gift Vouchers takes 7-10 working days from management approval. No cash or online refunds will be issued. 

  

**Terms for Cancellations of Orders:** 

  

Orders can be canceled unless: 

  

- The order is already processed at the fulfillment center. 

- Fabric has been washed, ironed, cut, or stitched. 

- Work on the order has begun, including any form of stitching or designing. 

  

Tailor Crafts reserves the right to decide on cancellations on a case-by-case basis. For permitted cancellations, reimbursement will exclude costs for fabrics, transport, logistics, and other incidental charges. 

  

Refunds are considered if the fabric supplier accepts returns per their policies. Tailor Crafts will not issue refunds if the fabric supplier does not accept the return. 

  

**Terms for Replacement and Alterations:** 

  

- If Tailor Crafts misplaces any fabric or garment, liability is limited to the replacement of the fabric's value or a similar fabric, with proof of purchase. 

- For dissatisfaction with garment design or fitting, the liability is limited to INR Rs. 3,000 or the refund of stitching charges, whichever is higher. The garment will be retained by Tailor Crafts for audit purposes. 

- Free size alterations are provided at any Tailor Crafts center if the required cloth is available in the seams. 

- Alterations are limited to size changes and do not include style changes (e.g., converting a full sleeve into a sleeveless blouse). 

- Customers are responsible for submitting accurate measurements. 

- For outstation orders, customers must bear shipping costs for alterations beyond 7 days from delivery. Pickup and delivery services beyond 7 days in serviced pin codes will incur extra charges. 

- Items stitched at a discount are not refundable under any circumstances.
